Robert C. Waggoner
Chairman and CEO
Robert C. Waggoner is chairman and CEO of BurrellesLuce and chairman of Video Monitoring Services of America, Inc. Mr. Waggoner is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Harvard Business School Visiting Committee, the Dean's Council at the Harvard School of Public Health, and is the former chairman of the Harvard College Visiting Committee. A trustee and chairman emeritus of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, Mr. Waggoner is also a founder and director of the New Jersey Performing Arts Center and a director of E3, a New Jersey school choice alliance. He holds a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jim French
Chief Operating Officer, Sales and Marketing
Jim French is the COO of sales and marketing at BurrellesLuce. Mr. French oversees the sales, service, marketing, and product development activities of the firm, the largest provider of media monitoring and measurement services in the United States. Mr. French previously served as CEO of Luce Press Clippings before the Burrelle’s and Luce merge in 2004.

Chaz Waggoner
Chief Operating Officer, Production and IT
Chaz Waggoner is the COO of production and IT at BurrellesLuce, responsible for delivery of media content to the large base of agency, corporate, government and non-profit clients. After earning a bachelor's degree in economics from Southern Methodist University, Mr. Waggoner joined BurrellesLuce full time in 1986. Over his career, he has served in a variety of key management positions. He has managed the company's early-morning news delivery service as well as one of its largest production facilities.

Daniel Schaible
Senior Vice President, Content Management
As a 27-year veteran of the publishing industry, Daniel Schaible understands the business of media. He brings this experience to his role as senior vice president of the content management division of BurrellesLuce, where he is responsible for publisher relations. Previously, he worked as IT director at the San Francisco Chronicle, as production director and head of labor relations at the New York Post, and as a manager of production and advertising sales at the Star Ledger. Mr. Schaible serves as the BurrellesLuce representative to the Paley Center for Media and the Newspaper Association of America.

Johna Burke
Senior Vice President, Marketing
During a career spanning 20 years, Johna Burke has worked both as a public relations practitioner and a provider of services that are vital to the successful performance of communications professionals. For 11 years starting in 1989, she was associated with U-Haul International, ultimately becoming head of public and investor relations. Ms. Burke joined BurrellesLuce, in its Phoenix office, in 2000. She served as West Coast regional vice president, a corporate vice president in 2008 and October 2009, was appointed senior vice president-marketing. Ms. Burke is a highly rated speaker who is often invited to talk about best practices in public relations, including the measurement of PR effectiveness.
